“My house was built in the mid-1920s for a family from Verbania. The tenants soon had a need for a larger house, so they built the house in front of Aqualago, where the 3 granddaughters still live today. My husband Fulvio and I fell in love with it immediately because upon entering you can still breathe the air of the past.
We worked a year on the renovation trying not to change the atmosphere in any way.”

The vintage style of the Aqualago apartments keeps the somewhat retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. Six newly renovated apartments are available to guests, one of which is totally barrier-free with a bathroom suitable for the disabled.
